Walmart 4/21 (and some other deals)

So this is my BIG shopping trip that I have been talking about. It didn't turn out to be as big as I had planned, but it's still awesome. Especially since my store manager allowed me to price match the BOGO packages of Lysol to the single ones at Dollar General because it was the same price as all of the rest of the singles. :) Anyways, before price matching and coupons, my total was $99.24. My final total was -$1.23! Woo! I made money! Here's how:

20 Nivea body wash (men's and women's): $3 each
Used 20 $3 coupons

4 Lysol Wipes (plus 4 free): $2.48 each
price matched Dollar General's 3/$5 price
Used 4 $1.50/1 coupons

Similac: $3.84
Used $5/1 coupon

2 Heinz ketchup: $1.98 each
Used 2 $2/1 coupons

2 Purina One Beyond cat food, 16 oz.: $2.57 each
Used 2 $2/1 coupons

2 Stove Top: $1.78 each
Price matched CVS's $.88 price
Used 2 $.50/1 coupons

14 String cheese singles: $.33 each
Used 14 $.50/1 coupons

4 Airwick warmers: $.86 each
Used 4 $1/1 coupons

3 Carefree liners: $.94 each
price matched Target's $.01 price (coupon in my inserts)
Used 3 $.50/1 coupons

2 Aquafresh trial size: $.97 each
used 2 $1/1 coupons

I also got the game deals in the past week. I got them each in different transactions in random shopping trips. The reason I have 5 is because Hasbro has a deal going on for a free Tombstone pizza (up to $7.01 value) when you buy any one Hasbro game. You can get up to 5. Look for the rebate offer at your Walmart or get it from the Hasbro website. While at the Hasbro website, you can also print the coupons that I used for these deals. SO.. 5 cheap games and 5 free pizzas!!

3 Toy Story Operation: $5 each
used 3 $3/1 Operation coupons
Final: $2 each

Candy Land: $5
Used $2/1 coupon
Final: $3

Connect 4 travel: $5.24
Used $3/1 Connect 4 coupon
Final: $2.24

And last but not least, there's the Similac deal. A few weeks ago, there was a $5/1 ANY Similac coupon in the newspaper. Walmart has a rollback on some of the Similac Ready to Feed bottles which are now priced at $3.84. With their new coupon policy that allows for overage, you can make $1.16 per bottle. The only thing is that the coupon states ONE COUPON PER TRANSACTION, so you can't buy them all at once. I bought all of these in random shopping trips throughout the past week or so. Overall, with these 9, I made $10.44! And I'm donating them to the local shelter. :)

Walgreens 4/19

Yayyy! I finally got to get my egg deal that I've been waiting on for over a week! Just this week only a dozen eggs are $1.29 each, but you get 2 FREE Redbox rentals when you buy 2 dozen eggs. I paired that with a $.55/2 dozen eggs coupon and a FREE Big Red soda wyb 2 dozen eggs coupon. I did the transaction twice, and paid $4.06 for 4 dozen eggs, 2 Big Red, and 4 Redbox rentals! Ahhh this was such perfect timing for Easter! Now we have eggs to dye! :)

I was sooo surprised to see they had the Johnson's Naturals included in the sale! The other good deal that I saw in the ad was for the Desitin (same deal as the Johnson's). Neither of my Rite Aid's had them in stock, so I have to go back on Thursday when they're stocking to get some. Can't beat free Desitin! :)

Petsmart 2/19

Science Diet dog food is on sale for $5 a bag, which is a great price in itself. They are regularly $9.99 (I think). Anyways, I had 5 $5/1 coupons from the 1/9 SS insert. We walked out of Petsmart with $50 worth of dog food for absolutely FREE! We did paid $2.19 in tax, but that was it. :)
